Wellesbourne Community Hub is on Church Street in the middle of Wellesbourne, in the building that used to be the Conservative Club – so if someone tells you the party's "at the Conservative Club", it's the same place. We've set up our Toddler Velcro Castle in princess artwork here, with three Didi cars going round on the hard floor.
It's a good fit for a toddler or preschool party. The Toddler Velcro Castle is 9ft x 10.8ft and needs a space of about 15ft x 17.8ft, with 9.9ft of height. It comes in green, blue or pink, with lots of artworks to pick from, and like all our inflatables it's cleaned with Bio-San disinfectant between hires.
Outside there's a paved area and a small patch of grass. The grass should take the Toddler Velcro Castle if you'd rather have it outdoors on a nice day – the castle goes on the grass, not the paving. For a bigger castle, tell us what you have in mind first and we'll let you know whether it will work.
The old club is now a community hub, and Wellesbourne & Walton Parish Council has moved in too. There's a mini bar in the hall. The hub's Hallshire listing has the main hall, the Hastings Room, at up to 94 seated or 120 standing, and a mid-sized room, the Mountford Room, at up to 44 seated. There's a kitchen, accessible toilets and baby changing, and tables and chairs are included. Upstairs there's a snooker room with three full-size tables.
There are only a few parking spaces at the hub, so most guests will park on the street. Church Street is in the village centre.
Two other Wellesbourne halls we know well are close by: St Peter's Church Centre, also on Church Street, where we did our very first hire, and Wellesbourne Village Hall on School Road, which has room for bigger castles and a large free car park next door.
