Planning a party is exciting, and in most cases goes well; however, we highly recommend you measure the area the inflatable is going in, or get us to measure.

What Is the Measuring Service?

Our measuring service is a pre-booking add-on where we visit your venue and measure the available space for your chosen inflatable or package.

We don’t just measure the castle itself—we measure the full required space, including:

Safety clearance around the inflatable
Ceiling height (including beams, lights, and fixtures)
Access routes, doors, corridors, and corners
Power location and setup position

This ensures your booking is suitable for the venue and fully compliant with PIPA guidance and BS EN 14960 safety standards.

Why Measuring Matters

Many inflatables need more space than their bounce area size.

For example, a castle listed as 12ft x 15ft may require extra clearance on all sides and a specific ceiling height.

Without proper measuring, this can lead to:

Equipment not fitting on arrival
Last-minute changes or cancellations
Disappointment on the day
