Delivery, Setup & Collection Times
At Best Party Hire, you can choose either a specific time or a delivery/collection window. This page explains how both options work, how long setup takes, and what happens if no one is available.
Choosing a Specific Time vs a Time Window
When booking, you can choose one of two options:
Specific Time
You select an exact setup or collection time.
We will arrive at that agreed time.
Someone must be available at that exact time.
This is best if:
You’re hiring a venue
Access is time-restricted
Your event has a fixed schedule
Time Window
You choose a delivery or collection window.
We will arrive at any point within that window.
We cannot give an exact arrival time in advance.
This gives more flexibility, but someone must be available for the full window.
Setup Duration
Setup time depends on:
Equipment size
Access and ground conditions
Space suitability
As a general guide:
Most setups take around 20–30 minutes
This includes:
Positioning and anchoring
Inflation
Safety checks
Safety briefing
Please ensure the setup area is completely clear before we arrive.
What Happens If You’re Not Available?
An adult must be present:
At setup
At collection
If:
You choose a specific time and no one is available, or
You choose a window and access isn’t available when we arrive
We may be unable to set up or collect.
Waiting may not be possible due to other bookings.
This could result in:
Missed setup or delayed collection
Extra charges or cancellation terms applying
Please make sure someone responsible is available based on the option you choose.
Venues, Schools & Organised Events
For venues or organised events:
Choose a specific time where possible
Make sure doors and gates are unlocked
Tell caretakers or site staff the agreed time or window
Any access restrictions must be agreed before booking.
