We provide packages suitable for weddings across Warwickshire, from inflatable games, bouncy castles and gazebos to smaller soft play setups to keep the children entertained.

We have supplied wedding packages to many venues across Warwickshire, including our adult bouncy castle and sports game set for a wedding after-party at Hatton Village Hall.

Everything was set up indoors, with the bouncy castle at the back of the hall and the inflatable games along the right-hand side.

A Contact for Your Wedding Day

When booking a package or individual hire item for a wedding, please provide us with an additional contact for the day.

We don't feel comfortable bothering the bride and groom on their wedding day, and we will likely have questions about the positioning of the equipment. We will also need someone available to go through the safety information with us during set-up.

Experienced, Insured and Reliable Wedding Entertainment

We have been running Best Party Hire since 2011, and our fourth-ever hire was for a wedding, so we have plenty of experience in this area.

We also have £5 million in public liability insurance, with documentation available on request.

How Late Can We Hire Wedding Entertainment?

Weddings are normally later in the day, so there are a few things you need to know about our hire times and costs.

For outdoor bookings, we work around sunset times, but we can arrange collection as late as 11pm for an additional £30.

For indoor bookings, collection up to 11pm is included as standard.

If you would like to keep the equipment beyond 11pm, please contact us to discuss your requirements. In some cases, we can arrange collection the following morning or even offer a two-day hire.
