What is a minimum order value?

Every booking involves more than simply dropping off and collecting the equipment.

We need to load the equipment, travel to your venue, safely set everything up, return later to collect it, travel back and unload everything.

The further we travel, the more time, fuel and staff costs are involved. That's why areas closer to us have a lower minimum order value, while areas further away have a higher minimum.

Some hire companies cover these additional costs by adding a delivery charge. We prefer to use a minimum order value, giving you the opportunity to spend more of your money on equipment for your party rather than simply paying for delivery.

What's the benefit to you?

Imagine you wanted to hire a bouncy castle for £130 and another hire company charged £30 for delivery.

You would pay £160 but only receive £130 worth of hire equipment.

With our minimum order value, instead of spending that extra £30 on delivery, you could put it towards another hire item. You might add a garden game, Didi Cars or another party extra and get more for your money.

You're spending more of your budget on your party rather than simply paying to have the equipment delivered.
