How Booking Works – Step by Step
Booking with Best Party Hire is simple and stress-free. Here’s exactly how it works, from planning your event to party day.
Step 1: Book Your Venue (if needed)
If your party is at a village hall or venue, book this first and confirm:
The date
The start and finish times
Any restrictions (ceiling height, access, power)
If your party is at home, you can skip this step and move straight on.
Step 2: Choose Your Equipment
Browse our website and pick the bouncy castle or party equipment you’d like to hire.
Click “Book Online” on your main item. You can add extra items during the booking process.
Step 3: Select Your Date
Choose your event date during booking.
If your item is available, you can continue.
If not, you’ll be shown alternative options.
Step 4: Enter Your Event Location
Add the event address, whether it’s:
A home address, or
A village hall or venue
This helps us plan delivery, access, and setup safely.
Step 5: Enter Your Event Details
You’ll be asked for:
Event times
Indoor or outdoor setup
Contact details
Please check these carefully, as they’re used to plan your delivery and setup.
Step 6: Pay the Admin Fee
To secure your booking request, an Admin Fee of £25 is required.
Once paid:
Your date is held
We check all the details
Your booking is now pending confirmation.
Step 7: Booking Confirmation
We review your booking to make sure everything is suitable and safe.
Once approved, we will:
Confirm your booking
Send confirmation by email
At this point, your date and equipment are fully secured.
Step 8: Final Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
This allows us to finalise:
Scheduling
Equipment preparation
Delivery planning
Payment reminders are sent so nothing is missed.
Step 9: Delivery, Setup & Party Time 🎉
On the day:
We arrive in your agreed time window
Set up safely (usually around 30 minutes)
Explain how to use everything safely
Then it’s time to enjoy the party.
Step 10: Collection & Pack Down
At the end of your hire:
We return on time
Check the equipment
Pack everything away (usually around 30 minutes)
You don’t need to do anything—we handle it all.
Step 11: Thank You
After your event, we may contact you to:
Thank you for booking
Request feedback
We really appreciate every booking and love being part of your celebration.
Helpful Notes
Your booking is only confirmed once the Admin Fee is paid and details are approved
Final payment must be made on time to avoid delays or cancellation
