Overnight Hire Rules

At Best Party Hire, overnight hire is available in some circumstances, but it must be agreed in advance and is subject to additional conditions.

This page explains when overnight hire may be allowed and what responsibilities apply.

Is Overnight Hire Available?

Overnight hire is not automatic and must be:

  • Requested in advance, and

  • Approved by us before the booking is confirmed

Overnight hire availability depends on:

  • Location

  • Security of the setup area

  • Equipment type

  • Weather forecast

  • Access and collection arrangements

Additional charges may apply.

Security Requirements (Very Important)

For overnight hire to be approved, the equipment must be set up in a secure location.

This usually means:

  • A fully enclosed garden, or

  • A locked, private venue

The area must:

  • Prevent public access

  • Be secure overnight

  • Reduce the risk of damage, interference, or theft

If the location is not secure, overnight hire will not be permitted.

Responsibility During Overnight Hire

During overnight hire, full responsibility for the equipment remains with the hirer.

This includes responsibility for:

  • Damage

  • Loss or theft

  • Misuse

  • Weather exposure overnight

The equipment must not be:

  • Used outside the agreed hire period

  • Left accessible to the public

  • Tampered with or moved

Any damage or loss may be charged for repair or replacement.

Weather Considerations Overnight

Weather conditions can change overnight.

If:

  • Wind increases,

  • Heavy rain occurs, or

  • Conditions become unsafe

The equipment must not be used until conditions are safe again.

In some cases, we may require equipment to be deflated overnight for safety. Instructions will be provided where applicable.

Power During Overnight Hire

If overnight hire is approved:

  • Power must remain available as instructed

  • Leads must remain safely routed

  • Equipment must not be unplugged unless advised

Any issues with power must be reported as soon as possible.

Collection After Overnight Hire

Collection timing will be agreed in advance.

Please ensure:

  • Access is available at the agreed time

  • An adult is present for collection

  • The area is clear and safe

If collection is delayed due to access issues, additional charges may apply.

When Overnight Hire Is Not Suitable

Overnight hire will not be approved if:

  • The setup area is not secure

  • The location is public or accessible overnight

  • Weather conditions are unsuitable

  • Permission or access is restricted

These decisions are made for safety and security reasons.
