Overnight Hire Rules
At Best Party Hire, overnight hire can be a great option for extending the fun—but it must be agreed in advance and comes with a few important conditions to keep everything safe and stress-free.
Is Overnight Hire Available?
Overnight hire can be booked when using the online booking system, and is a dropdown option. If selected there will be a surcharge added. Having the overnight option doesn't mean we will automatically approve it. It will depend on the security requirements.
Security Requirements (Very Important)
The main requirement is the inflatable / equipment must be in a secure area. Inside a hall or in a back garden with a 6ft high fenced area and a locked gate.
An adult will need to remain on site during the night, sleeping in a house is fine. But if its in a field or a venue someone will need to be awake onsite during the hire.
Responsibility During Overnight Hire
The responsibility remains with the hirer during the night, and any damage will need to be reimbursed in full.
Either from an accident (Automatic lawn mower being left on)
Or damage from nature (A fox biting a hole in the material)
Weather Considerations Overnight
Being England it might rain during the night. The rain can get very heavy so we do require the bouncy castle to be turned on by 9am during the morning to help clear some of the water.
If your access is through the house we don't recommend overnight hire.
Power During Overnight Hire
As above power will need to remain onsite for the morning so the castle can be inflated. We will need to check the inflatable and remove the pegs for collection, this can only be done with power.
Collection After Overnight Hire
We always collect bouncy castles and other equipment overnight between 8am and 10am. Please make sure someone is available during these times. In some cases it may be better to hire for two days.
When Overnight Hire Is Not Suitable
We don't recommend hiring overnight if the only access is through a house. Or if getting someone available between 8am and 10am is difficult, any delay to collection will be charged at £50 per hour.
