Combine a gazebo with tables and chairs, bouncy castles or other inflatables to create a package and save 10%. We don’t currently have many ready-made packages that include gazebos, so if there’s a combination you’d like us to put together, just let us know.
Gazebo Hire Packages in Leamington & Warwick
We’ve set up most of these packages in back gardens across Leamington and Warwick. Our most popular option is the Gazebo Set, which includes your choice of either our white or black 3m x 6m gazebo, three 6ft tables and 18 chairs.
Space & Set-Up Requirements
Each package will have its own measurements and set-up times, but as a general guide, these packages take longer to set up than most other items on our website. We recommend allowing a minimum of one hour for set-up and the same for take-down.
Our 3m x 6m gazebo will need a minimum space of 4m x 7m to allow enough room for the guy ropes.

Gazebo Hire & Wind Speed Limits
As always with our inflatables and gazebos, we can only hire them out when wind gust speeds are below 24mph. As we also hire gazebos on hard surfaces, we may need to carry out a site visit before any booking on a hard surface if wind speeds are forecast to be above 15mph.
This is because gazebos on hard surfaces cannot be secured using ground stakes. A site visit allows us to check the location, available space and suitable anchoring points, and make sure we can safely secure the gazebo for the expected weather conditions.
