Events & Venues in Warwickshire
As well as party hire, we run our own school holiday play sessions in local halls, like our half-term event at the Heathcote Centre in Warwick, and we put on free fun days for schools and PTAs. This page links to both, plus our guide to local party venues.
School holiday and half-term events
In the school holidays we run our own play sessions in local halls. In February 2026 we took over the main hall at the Heathcote Centre in Warwick with a soft play section and six inflatables. You'll find the dates and how to book on our school holiday and half-term events page.
We're planning more for next year. They're for ages 5 to 10, and a standard ticket will be £7. When a date's fixed, we'll put it on that page and on our Facebook page.
School fun days and PTA events
With our free castles for schools, the school doesn't pay anything for the inflatables. We come and check the space first, bring the inflatables and some stallholders, and staff the event on the day. Children buy a wristband for £6.50 to £10, and the school gets a share: 10% for 150 wristbands, 20% for 200 and 30% for 300 or more. These run on weekdays only.
Carlena booked a disco castle at Long Itchington Church of England Primary School Hall, and here's what she said:

Fantastic service from start to finish! They actually arrived a little earlier than expected which was great and gave us plenty of time to get everything ready. The bouncy castle was set up quickly and safely, and the team were really friendly and professional. The children had an amazing time and absolutely loved it. They also came back promptly at the end to take everything down which made the whole process really easy for us. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again!
Where to party
We set up in community centres, village halls and school halls all over south Warwickshire, and we've written up the ones we know in our venue guide: what fits, ceiling heights, parking and anything tricky. If your hall isn't in there, tell us which one it is and we'll let you know what will fit.
We've been running events and setting up in local halls since 2011. Call us on 07761 907472 if you're planning something.
