We recently set up our Junior Disco Run at Henley-in-Arden Memorial Hall, on Station Road, running it down the left-hand side of the main hall while still leaving plenty of usable space.

The main hall has a floor area of about 52ft long by 28ft wide, which gives plenty of space for children's parties. The fun run needs a space 15.2ft wide and 35.9ft long, so a long, narrow hall like this suits it well.
Could it take a whole-class party?
Yes. This is the type of hall that could comfortably take a whole-class children's party, with room for an inflatable as well as tables, chairs and party games. The hall's own listing gives the main hall a capacity of 200 people.
Getting in
There are around 10 to 15 parking spaces to the left of the building, in a car park with a barrier. Once you go through the main entrance, the toilets are on the left. Carry on through the second set of doors and you're in the main hall.
There's a stage at the back of the main hall, reached by steps, and some extra rooms to the right, although we haven't had a chance to look round those yet. The hall also has a kitchen.
It's an old building with some history: it was used as a V.A.D. hospital in the First World War, and was renovated after the Second World War as a memorial to those who served.
