The The Rosebird Centre is situated within a shopping area dominated by Waitrose and is next to Costa Coffee.
You enter through the main entrance, where the toilets are immediately on the right-hand side, followed by the kitchen slightly further along. On the left-hand side is the parking registration system for vehicles using the hall.
Inside, the hall is bright and modern with plenty of natural light. The main ceiling height is approximately 2.7 metres to the lights. However, there is a post near the centre of the hall which makes the space unsafe for bouncy castles.
Most of the time when we hire at this venue, we supply items such as ball pools, soft play, and games like the football table, which work much better within the space available.
There is a rear garden/outdoor area, but much of it is on a severe slope, meaning inflatables cannot safely be set up outside either.
Parking can also be a consideration for larger parties. The hall has five dedicated parking spaces, and once these are full, guests will need to pay for additional parking nearby.
Overall, the hall is a bright and welcoming venue that works particularly well for soft play setups, toddler parties, and smaller children’s entertainment packages.
