Our Didi cars come as a set of three ride-on cars, £25 to hire (£11 for a second day). They're for indoors on hard floors, like a village hall or sports hall, and they take children and adults up to 18 stone. Like everything under £50, they're hired alongside other items rather than on their own.
They move forward when you turn the steering wheel from side to side, although many children quickly work out they can scoot along with their feet just as fast. Children from about 3 can drive them on their own. They're built to take a beating, which is just as well at a busy party.

They go especially well in halls with a wooden floor. At Brailes Village Hall, for example, we've done a race car castle with Didi cars on the hard floor.

The Grand Prix Track turns the Didi cars into a proper race, and takes six cars at once, so two sets. It's 20ft x 22ft and needs a space of 29ft x 28ft. It comes with six Didi cars in these packages:
