Gazebo Set

The Gazebo Set is our 3m x 6m gazebo with three 6ft trestle tables and 18 chairs, £197 to hire (£118 for a second day). It seats about 18 adults under cover, and we put it up and take it down for you.

Our 3m x 6m black gazebo is perfect for keeping guests out of the sun or the rain. If you would prefer a white gazebo, please message us before booking to request one, subject to availability. Black looks smarter; white is the usual pick for weddings and christenings.

This package includes three 6ft folding tables without covers, allowing you to add your own tablecloths or hire table covers from us in a range of colours. Also included are 18 off-white adult folding chairs.

Ideal for garden parties, family gatherings and celebrations, this package provides plenty of sheltered seating space and helps keep your guests comfortable without everyone ending up inside your house.

Area and anchorage

You'll need a grass area of approximately 5m x 8m so we can securely anchor the guide ropes, with 11ft of clear height. We can also set up on hard surfaces, subject to the forecast wind speeds on the day and the suitability of the location. Pegged on grass, the gazebo is fine in winds up to 30mph; on a patio or concrete we use weights instead, and the limit is 20mph. Either way the ground needs to be flat. It's fine in heavy rain.

Side walls are available for an additional £30, providing extra shelter from the wind and rain and helping to create a more enclosed space for your guests. On grass, two of our coir mats cover the floor underneath.

How long does it take to put up?

Allow about an hour for us to put it up and an hour to take it down. For a weekend party, we can sometimes put it up on the Friday and collect on the Monday for the one-day price, if it fits in with our other bookings – just ask. We're a family-run business, hiring since 2011.
