Best Party Hire Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Prize Details

• The winner will receive One Standard / Medium Bouncy Castle Hire.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
• The prize must be used within 6 months from the date of the winner announcement.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is via the form below, email addresses will be used for marketing
• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• The standard delivery range of Best Party Hire applies, areas over may be charged.
• Employees of Best Party Hire and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected and announced by Email.
• The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond will result in a new winner being selected.

4. Booking & Availability

• The prize is subject to availability and must be booked at least via the website
• The winner must comply with Best Party Hire’s standard hire terms, including delivery, setup, and collection requirements.
• If the event is cancelled or postponed by the winner, the prize will be forfeited.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• Best Party Hire is not responsible for any damage, injury, or additional costs incurred during the hire.
• The winner must follow all safety instructions provided during setup.

6. Changes & Cancellations

• Best Party Hire reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the competition if necessary.
• If the prize cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, Best Party Hire may offer an alternative prize of equal value.

7. Agreement

• By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms & conditions.
• The winner may be asked to provide a testimonial or photo for promotional use.
